Please let this transmission serve as a formal complaint on the poor customer service I received today, September 18, 2025, from Sabrina Armienta at your Daly City, California store.
Sabrina offered very little in the way of assistance and exhibited an unprofessional and discourteos attitude throughout our brief discussion. A work order had been generated through a chat discussion with Ashi onSeptember 13, 2025 under number 1002075974102020 for 3 Xfinity wifi Pro Boosters. Sabrina neither offered to take the work order number or inspect my account for any further assistance. All the while, during our discussion, Sabrina proved to be both flippant and dismisssive.
