complaint customer service
it's nice you can't hardly make a complaint here to corporate. i went to a xfinity store today to inquire why my bill is so high. (Corporate you can find out what store and who i was talking to by all your computers you put up so you don't have to deal with people) and in the course of talking to this low level store employee i stated that new customers and illegals are getting free tv and phones from comcast and we/long term customers and paying for it. this employee stopped our interaction and he told me to leave the store. when i stated i'll return their over priced equipment he stated they would not accept the equipment at the store.
who is this employee to talk to customers like this and dictate corporate policy?
save your comments if you want in inject racism into this. if a person can't say anything and have a 20 something kid say policy, i'm glad i'll be leaving this company soon!
ps, how do you get away with auto renewing my account!
