Complaint: Billed for wrong service for over a year

I wonder why Comcast does not have an email to which customers can send in written complaints!

And I don’t understand the purpose of this forum or how it can help with resolving my particular issue, which is, “put my account on the correct service plan AND REFUND all overpayments of the past 14 months!” 

I need the attention of Comcast corporate offices to resolve my problem because for too long I have been given the run around by their agents who seem to specialize in telling me tall stories just to get me off the phone!

I have called Comcast many times to complain that I’m being billed for the wrong internet plan and asked for rectification but to no avail. Each time some customer service person tells me they’ve corrected it, but it’s all lies!

I ordered and have internet service ONLY but am being billed for internet & TV since my current service began in March 2025.

(My family cellphone service has been an even worse mess of mismanagement and mix up of plans since June 2020! More about that in a separate complaint.)

I’m extremely fed up with dealing with Comcast and am ready to lodge a complaint with the BBB and FCC if I don’t get this resolved forthwith and have all my overpaid money refunded.
