complaint and non existent support

. I have a massive complaint on forced artificial intelligence assistant for customer support and ZERO email supprt. Absolute lack of real human support is absolute insanity for a company to decide to do.

I am extremely upset.

Anything artificial intelligence related really upsets me. Dont do it

My prior issue is virtually non-existent in comparison to the immediate issue of difficulty and frustration in reaching an actual human being for customer service.

First I want to make a formal complaint about that massive issue.

Second, this whole scenario left such a bag taste in my mouth, I'm seriously considering leaving and switching services on this issue alone.

Anything artificial intelligence related really upsets me. Dont do it
