Complaint and Issue Resolution

Firstly, I’ve had nothing but problems trying to get customer service. Your ads and “upgrades” are misleading. Finally, however, I was able to talk to someone to get my return of my equipment started. They were nice enough for a chat bot but then I made an appointment to drop my stuff off at the Comcast/Xfinity store at 8020 N Cortaro Rd #120, Tucson, AZ 85743. I arrived for my appointment, the person greeting us didn’t have a clue about the appointment though I had confirmation. Then we wait a half hour for a rude woman to act like we were causing her a problem. She dumped the equipment out I had all packaged neatly. This woman would not help one little bit. I am so tired of this rude service I will be finding the phone number and address to the president of the company and complain until I have this woman’s job.

I have run into the same problems with Xfinty/Comcast.  On July 11th they attempted to withdraw an unauthorized amount of $534 - since there were insufficient funds I incurred overdraft fees of $50.  I contact them and through their Xfinity Assistant and was told they would resolve and then today on July 17th they resent the ACH and took the money from my account!!
