Complaint against Windsor Spring Augusta Ga Store - Bad Customer Service

Hello,

I recently returned equipment to the Xfinity store located at Windsor Spring: 2115 Windsor Spring Road, Augusta, GA 30906 (Branded Partner). After leaving the store, I realized I was not provided with a receipt documenting my return.

I returned to the store the following day and spoke with an employee named Rod. He informed me that the only documentation he could provide was a printout of the equipment returned and mentioned that I should have received an email confirmation. I explained that I had not received any email, but he responded that he was unsure what else he could do to assist.

I then asked to speak with a manager and was directed to Brian. He acknowledged that I should have received a receipt but stated that sometimes they do not print automatically.

Unfortunately, both interactions were disappointing. The level of customer service was poor, the assistance provided was minimal, and the overall tone felt dismissive. I ultimately had to contact customer service directly, where I was able to obtain the ticket number associated with my return.

Due to this experience, I do not plan to visit this location again. I strongly recommend that the team receive additional coaching on customer support and communication skills to better assist customers in the future.
