Complaint about service

I'm sick of your non existent customer service in chat and on the phone. For months I've been dealing with a terrible phone from you and lousy phone service. I thought I may need to upgrade to get anything descent because I was in prepaid Now Mobile and internet essentials. I wasn't approved for an upgraded phone however after that I started getting billed for an internet upgrade I never even received. I hate your chat support. I have spent days upon days and too many hours in chat being transferred all the time and no one listens to my concerns. They treat no one with respect. I would never  have Xfinity again . After the way I been treated. And I want a refund for my phone bills and internet. Because I've had the nothing but miserable service and a phone that is lousy and no help from anyone . I'm done. You owe me I don't owe you a thing . You have wasted all of my time and not you never addressed any of my issues time and time again. You can forget about me paying anymore. I want a full refund for a worthless phone and worthless service.

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
