Complaint about live agent
I had a live agent name Mayank chat with me a few minutes ago. He did not know what he was doing, flat out told me the Xfinity assistant was wrong in saying the issue was from the signal to the house. He insisted it was a modem issue. When I asked him if the 2nd modem I had at my house would fix the problem he said it would. After telling him I would plug in the 2nd modem and to please stand by he disconnected the live chat.

To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a Direct Message.
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
