Complaint about customer service

I have an extremely easy problem about upgrading my gateway and have spent more than 4 hours in total trying to do this via live chat agents but failed to do so. Id like some chat agent that can speak native English to help me out

I do see that you have already sent us a direct message regarding this issue as well. In the future, please allow a mod to request a direct message before sending one over.
