compensation for defective products

I have recorded games and even extended the time to record for an additional hour beyond the official end of the game.

And on two or three of those recordings the program suddenly stopped with a minute or more remaining in the game.

And it asked if I would like to "delete" the recording. 

As a paying customer, I am being short-changed and not getting what I pay Xfinity to deliver. 

How can I receive compensation?

Hello, @user_850435. Thank you for reaching out. I understand you have set games to record, with extended time, but you still get some recordings ending a bit early. I can certainly get why this would be frustrating. Does this only happen with sports games/shows, or do you see this with other general content as well? Do you see any storage alerts when it asks you to delete, or does this populate only when accessing the recordings?
