compensation for defective products
I have recorded games and even extended the time to record for an additional hour beyond the official end of the game.
And on two or three of those recordings the program suddenly stopped with a minute or more remaining in the game.
And it asked if I would like to "delete" the recording.
As a paying customer, I am being short-changed and not getting what I pay Xfinity to deliver.
How can I receive compensation?
