Compensation for constant service outages
I live in Franklin, Indiana. Every single day for the last week or so I have had service outages, sometimes multiple times a day due to Comcast technicians doing things in my neighborhood. These outages occur with no warning and last anywhere from ten minutes to a couple of hours. It is not yet 11:30am here now and there have been 2 outages already today. This makes it impossible to participate in any online activity or to have faith in completing online tasks.
I pay over $250 a month for this unreliability. I feel there should be a substantial amount taken off this month's bill. I also think you should send all customers who are going to be affected by these outages some advance warning. It is extremely annoying to be in the middle of something online and having the internet suddenly cut.
