I would like to report an outdoor public hotspot that has stopped working. Located at Cartersville Airport Georgia at [Edited: "Personal Information"]. This hotspot services the pilot community located in the southern hangar complex and is critical for flight safety. Stopped working a couple of months ago

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

@user_570jx4 Thanks for sharing you haven't been able to connect for a couple months, that means the hotspot may have been modified or moved. The hotspots map on the Xfinity app is the best resource to find the closest one to your location. Be sure to connect within the same range that you would connect at home, to the address listed on the map. That'll ensure you have a good connection.
From https://www.xfinity.com/hub/internet/internet-on-the-go: "Actual speeds will vary and are not guaranteed and may be impacted by a variety of conditions, including congestion. Xfinity does not guarantee that an Xfinity WiFi hotspot will be available in all locations or that a connection will be obtainable.
