Community Association Billing Assistance - Phone number that is not in service [Edited]

We are being billed for DTA boxes that are included with our contract. Please advise how to resolve.

Hello, @user_89erwg thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. I completely understand wanting to get the billing corrected if the equipment is supposed to be included as part of your Communities service. Reviewing this helpful frequently asked questions document, it looks like the support number has just been moved to the 1-800-Xfinity: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/connected-building-faqs

You've contacted the right place for assistance, I can help investigate further and assist. Since I'll need to gather some information that we don't want in our public conversation. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
