Communication Lines Outside of Easement
Hi,
The power pole in my backyard and the associated communication lines that are attached to it were installed outside of the easement. CenterPoint will be moving the pole in the next few weeks. Could you please let me know who the appropriate contact would be to begin the process of moving the communication lines?

Hi, @user_092238! Thanks for letting us know that a new pole is going in and that our line would need to be moved. Once the new pole is in, and any lines lower than ours have been moved to the new pole, we can get ours moved over. Our team is able to assist you with getting the team out to do that. We speak with them directly on your behalf.
Once you get the new pole in, feel free to send us a direct message with your full name and complete address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
8. Press Enter to send it.
