Communication line fell in my car

I was working driving my box truck in olive branch Mississippi faulty communication line fell down on the cab of my truck and a pole came crashing in my windshield now I have no work no truck Northern central electric claims to. It be responsible and says it’s xfinity fault officer arrived on the scene and said they were suppose to repair this line a week prior to my accident I can’t reach anyone who has knowledge as to how to file a claim with xfinity

We'd be happy to assist with filing a damage complaint ticket. To get started, can you please send us a Direct Message with your first and last name?  To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message: Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
