Coming off a 2-year contract in Feb 2025 - Need to renew

Good Morning,

I am a 20+ year Xfinity customer and I am coming off of a 2-year contract ending in February 2025.  I need to look into other promotions/options for the next term as my rates are going to jump once this contract expires.  Who do I reach out to on this?  What is the window to work on this process?

I would be happy to take a look to see about savings. If you want to keep your current package until Feb, we can only put in order 30 days in advance.
