Comcast/Xfinity Line Encroachment Issue

Hello, An active Xfinity/Comcast drop wire servicing my neighbor's house runs directly across my private property/backyard where I am planning to build. The power company (FPL) is removing their lines today. I need to have a property line clearance ticket opened so a local field technician or construction supervisor can evaluate relocating or burying this line so that it no longer encroaches on my yard.
Please let me know how I can securely send my address details to a digital care agent to get this scheduled. Thank you.

Hello, @user_9vaq1f thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. You've contacted the right place for assistance, I can get a ticket opened to have the line evaluated and moved for the upcoming build. From experience, I know that there isn't an option on our reporting site as there is only a low hanging/safety risk option: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/report-an-issue

Like you had mentioned, due to the sensitive need to create the ticket it would be best to work together in a direct message to continue. [Edited: added Direct Messaging steps]

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
