Comcast’s service is poor
I have been trying to get a replacement phone for over 4 hours, the verification department is unable to provide any assistance. I asked for a manager and was told they were in a “meeting “, than she was out and I being transferred I listened to the hold music for 40 minutes before hanging up. I still have an issue and plan on canceling my account.
