Hello, @user_zh059q. I'm sorry to hear you're not receiving any emails. I know how important it is for your email to work properly at all times. Can you please elaborate a little more on how/where are you using the email?

 

Are you having issues on a third party email server?
Is this problem happening on your phone/tablet?
Have you tried to access your email using our Xfinity.com website?

Are you contacts receiving your emails?
