comcast.net emails not delivered

3 days ago, was the last time I received any emails to [EDIT: PII]. I chatted with a live agent 2 days ago and they said it would be corrected in 2 hours, but didn't. yesterday, I chatted again with a new live agent and I was told that the problem was an expired app in the modem and it needed to be updated, which required some changes to my services.  I agreed and was told that it would be functional in one hour, but didn't, this is now the next day and still no comcast.net emails. I can receive emails on [EDIT: PII]. if I send on comcast, it just shows up on sent, but nothing in the inbox.  FYI, I did report phishing to xfinity and windows that went out to a few of my contacts, which had a reply to email address of[EDIT: PII] (note that this email looks like [EDIT: PII], but it is actually [EDIT: PII].  I wonder it something caused  my [EDIT: PII] ([EDIT: PII]) to be blocked. this is now the third day that no emails show. can you see if any are being received at xfinity and are not being sent to my inbox.  I connect to comcast,net  link: https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/#!!&app=io.ox/mail&folder=default0/INBOX
