I need to change the email password for my Comcast.net. I can't get past the ridiculous options given to me by the auto phone. I cannot receive emails so either text or call me at [Edited: "Personal Information"].

Good afternoon @user_ccsnm3. If you head over to https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/changing-or-resetting-your-password, that will provide you the link to reset the password, and it also provides the steps if you ever need to recover your username. Let us know if you run into any issues.
