Comcast[Edited] customer service, the worst I have ever encountered by any company I will be changing providers as soon as I can

I've been trying to get my TV fixed because it won't show any channels it'll just stay on the first screen that appears for Comcast they keep sending me to chats nothing's happening I'm paying like $300 a month for this service it's ridiculous
