Comcast XD4 Standalone Modem

Hi there, @user_f10b52. We appreciate you reaching out over Xfinity Community Forums to ask about an XD4 modem. Customers with an existing XD4 may choose to keep it, but there isn't an option to request one.

We have other gateway options that serve an array of purposes. I'm positive we can get you the right equipment to handle your needs. 

Which modem do you currently have? 
Also, how are you planning on using the XD4?
