Comcast Wire About to Severed, [Edited]
Honestly, I love my Xfinity service, but support for exterior wiring is impossible. You have a cable dangling in a construction zone in my yard. AT&T came out in less than 24 hours and fixed a similar issue with their fiber. I cannot figure out how to report this to a HUMAN.
This wire will get severed because of the construction. I do not know who it services, but they are going to be [Edited: profanity].
I WILL NOT, use chat again. It does not understand anything other than pay a bill.
I have opened a ticket, to which I get an email saying "It will be fixed in 1-3 days". Really? How? You didn't even have a form to explain the issue. Is a magic Comcast fairy going to fly in on a drone and read my mind as to where the problem is?
And is there a phone number readily available to report this? NOPE.
I guess my next step will be to call the city so they can tell you to fix it. That's if one of the folks working in my yard doesn't knock it down first.

Hello. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I am sorry to read you have had trouble reaching someone over chat, and can understand your concern with the low wire. Based on an open ticket it sounds like we are on the right track. I will be happy to help ensure the proper ticket is open and being addressed. At your leisure, send me a Private Message to get started.
To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
