Comcast went through my sewer line

I have been desperately trying to get ahold of someone since the week after halloween. Comcast went through my sewer line not once but twice. I had to pay close to a grand to fix damages and more so since to pay back the loan I took out for it. Anyone have any luck getting reimbursed from a situation like this?
