comcast website says there's no internet available at my address, despite me using comcast internet
I start on https://my.xfinity.com/ and I click the link at the top for 'change plan.'
The next page has two options 'find my deal' and 'view all offers', I click on 'view all offers.'
It takes me to the 'Build your package' page with checkboxes for internet, tv, phone, home security.
I click on 'internet' and then it says '0 Internet offers.'
But I'm using comcast internet right now, so there's at least 1 internet option available.
I know for a fact this page used to show me options from like 25mb to 1gb, but for the past couple months it's shown nothing.

You may have to talk to a Customer Service agent directly to see offers available. They have access to offers that are not available/shown on the website to customers. You can request a call back via chat or call 800-COMCAST or 800-XFINITY.

It doesn't mean you don't have internet, it just means that there aren't any offers beside what you already have - at the moment.
