Comcast Technician drove past our house twice and said Sorry we missed you!
We waited for Comcast technician twice today. This is a new build and we told the customer service rep who put that in the notes. We watched the techs drive by without slowing down. Never called and never stopped. Horrible comcast service. So disappointing!
