Comcast slow to fix problem caused by bad installation

I had a tech out to my property yesterday. He traced the problem I have had for the last 2 weeks with the Internet/tv constantly disconnecting to the new "upgrade" which appears to be a power amplifier with a huge heatsink. He claimed he'd escalate the problem to a tech who can adjust those, but couldn't tell me when they'd come but it should be the same day.

When I called 800 Comcast they knew nothing about such a call and can't get me anyone until Wednesday afternoon. I'm not even convinced they are going to send the appropriate technician.

You so called upgraded my service 2 weeks ago which has caused me nothing but disconnections 24/7 and you maybe can fix the problem Wednesday.

I think you should fix the outage you caused today, and refund me for all of the time you haven't provided proper service. Comcast needs to step up and be responsible for their own mistakes.

This is not comcastic.

Best Regards,
