Comcast should be ashamed......

For all the money I spend every month, you would think I could get better services, Internet is always going in and out, broadcast tv always pixelates, I am paying for several streaming services that wont work through Xfinity(Netflix Premium, Peacock, AppleTV+.Paramount+w/ShowTime) are my added services. Also, the website never works. the app works takes forever to load, and why is it I cant talk to "live" customer care agent when needed. because the virtual agent absolutely solves nothing.

user_l0poba Hello, and thank you for reaching out to us here on the Xfinity Community Forums. I'm genuinely so sorry to hear you're having so many problems with your Xfinity services. Honestly, I completely understand your frustration. When you're paying for premium services, you absolutely expect them to work flawlessly, and it's disappointing when that's not the case. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you're experiencing, and I'd be happy to help troubleshoot your services and get to the bottom of these issues for you.

I also know how incredibly frustrating it is when our website and app aren't performing as they should. I'd really like to look into that with you as well, to see what we can do to improve your experience. To get started, please send our team a Direct Message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account.

You're a valued customer, and I want to do everything I can to resolve these problems and make things right for you.
