Dear Comcast Customer Service Team,
I'm writing to express frustration with my recent experience with Comcast service. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, my living room TV remains non-functional.
Details:
1. Initial Call (10/21/2024): Contacted customer service regarding outdated box; agent recommended new box and scheduled appointment for 10/25/2024 (10am-12pm).
2. Missed Appointment: Technician failed to arrive despite updates; waited in driveway until 2 PM.
3. Disputed Technician Visit: Customer service claimed technician visited, but security cameras prove no one came.
4. Rescheduled Appointment (10/27/2024, 8am-10am): Rescheduled after hour-long phone call.
5. Unacceptable Follow-up (10/25/2024 morning): Agent suggested resolving issue myself.
Resolution Request:
Please:
1. Send a technician to replace the old box on 10/27/2024.
2. Ensure technician arrives within designated time frame.
3. Provide explanation for missed appointment and disputed visit.
