Where can I find the user agreement/rules for the Comcast Seasonal Plan?

Xfinity - Chat

Services can be put on hold once every 10 months. Services must be on hold for a minimum of 90 days, or maximum of 270 days. If you restored services before the 90 days, you would be charged regular rates for that time.-SG

 

So all I would have to do to turn service back on during the first 90 day period would be to call and request it?

 

That's correct, and we'd need to put in a ticket for the request.-SG

 

But after turning it back on it would have to remain on for a 10 month period?

 

Correct, you would not be eligible again for 10 months of regular service. -SG

You can set it for 270 days with 9 months from the beginning of the last set..

Can the seasonal plan be turned back on during a period that it was scheduled to be off?

Do you have access to a copy of the SEASONAL PLAN rules you could send me?

I am just trying to resume my service.  I called and put it on seasonal around April 1st.  December 14th I got an email from comcast that service would resume.  It did not and when I go to the link for seasonal it is asking for a start and end date.  I only want to end the seasonal.  Advise, please.

When I call in as soon as I mention "seasonal" all bets are off.  My only optionns become the online method or automated voice response.  I have called at least 5 times and never get an opportunity for a call back.

How to I re-instate my regular plan ahead of the date I gave Comcast/Xfinity. We used the dates 6/4/21 -9/15/21 but we arrived home earlier than expected on 9/10. This date makes 100 days and I should be able to cancel the seasonal but when I call the only options are to start a seasonal plan, not end it and reinstate my regular plan. When I go online, there is no option to reinstate our plan either. HELP!! Thank you in advance.
