Comcast retention

Having trouble reaching a customer service person about my years with Comcast and helping with increasing costs, is there a better way?

The concern is not "Community Center" help related. Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hi,

Tried that. Everything available is  actually higher in cost by a small margin compared to what I have now.

@user_26zwzw, our packages and deals are constantly being improved upon, so we may have offers available for you now that were not previously available whenever you last reached out. At the very least it can't hurt to check what we do have as an option for you on our end. Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to get started.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message.
