Comcast Repair Has "No Showed" 5 Times Now
This by far the worse experience ever for a long-time customer such as myself. On May 28th we experienced a down cable service line from one side of the street to the other. I immediately called it in thinking this could pose a safety issue. I was told someone would be out the next day Wednesday. I have called back or chatted everyday vesting at least 4 hrs of my time. It is Monday morning and the cable still lies on top of the street experiencing daily vehicular traffic. After all these calls and chats, each time I was assured someone would be out to fix it. Also, hoping the technician this time has more pride in their jobs and doesn't leave behind a spider web of cable hanging from the pole. Exhausting and frustrating.

Good Morning, @marcfw1! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums. I am sorry to hear about the experience with getting the line concerns resolved, it is not what we want for you to experience. We can certainly dive into the details of the account/tickets and ensure this is resolved as soon as possible. Can you please send us a Dm to get started?
Will you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
