Comcast ran a pipe thru my sewage line causing it to back up while burying the cable and I want it repaired

I been trying to call and schudule someone from comcast to come take a look at the issue and fix it.  Each time I schudule an appointment no one shows up for the last 2 times.  Please help.  Ticket number: ER052643003
