Comcast ran a fiber line accross my property without my consent

I've never heard of this being possible as all utilities and roadways require them for all properties to prevent being landlocked for the owner, but if that is the case we can make sure to get the help needed. Do you have any documents from the local government office showing there has never been any easement placed on your property for utilities at this time I can share with our construction team by chance?
