Comcast Pole removal

I need to find how to contact comcast to have equipment moved and a pole removed

Good morning, hope you are doing well today. When you say a pole, are you referring to an electrical pole?

yes PGE installed a new pole and put all their wiring on it. Comcast was supposed to come and take its wiring off the old pole, remove the pole and put comcast wiring on the new pole but this has not happened. [Edited: "Personal Information"]

rick_b1 Appreciate the heads-up! Typically, if this was a PGE pole, they would be the ones to remove the line. Are you currently a Xfinity customer?

yes i am xfinity customer and 

pge says they cant do anything until comcast moves its lines and they say its all on comcast at this point

comcast lines are the only thing on the pole
