Just got a call from comcast about a customer survey. Just curious if it was a real survey or a robo caller.

The concern is not "Xfinity Compliments" related............................ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Rec'd call from an alleged 3rd party vendor working on behalf of Comcast contacting Comcast customers regarding service quality. Incoming telephone number is [Edited: "Phone Number"]. Female person speaking has the accent of a Phillipine call center employee. She needed to first verify if the called party is an employee of Comcast. Do not answer their questions. Hang up!

Better to not answer.
