Comcast Pedestal Pulled Out of Ground – Exposed Cables
The Comcast/Xfinity pedestal in my front yard is several inches out of the ground and the orange conduit/cabling underneath is exposed. It needs to be reset to its proper height. I need a field maintenance/Tech Ops ticket opened for the outside pedestal. I'm concerned that the lines could be cut from lawn trimming etc.
My internet service is working normally.
