Comcast pedestal in my back yard

I just bought a house in Ventnor and found out that there is a comcast internet pedetestal in my backyard (was covered in weeds). Comcast has no easement to my property and is now charging me to move the box. I was thinking about just disconnecting everyone's internet and locking my gate since they are being rude.

Anyone else ever experience this?

If you have a utility easement [most properties do] then Comcast has the right of way to place the pedestal there, and has the right to access it whenever needed.  Disconnecting or damaging the pedestal in any way is a felony, whether within the easement or not.  If you're wanting to have the pedestal moved out of your property, then you would have to pay to have it done.  If it annoys you that much, I would think that paying to get it moved would be a relief.

Thanks @Again for providing the valuable insight.

Hello kbannigan. If you would like assistance with submitting a Pedestal Relocate ticket, I can help. Doing so would route a ticket to the appropriate team that can review your request to have the Ped moved. If you would like assistance, please send me a private message and include your full name and service address so I can access your account. You can click my name (ComcastJoeTru) to view my profile, and then click "Send a private message" to private message me.

I have been spending the last two months trying to get a response to a Pedestal Relocate ticket for my property in Juno Beach Florida. . Just became new member of the community forum and saw your gracious offer to help. Unfortunately I don't know how to send a private message...
