“comcast not available”

My IPhone suddenly stopped loading emails on my mail app. I deleted my email, then added it back through the settings app. When adding my email to my IPhone mail app through the settings app, I am sent an error that reads “comcast not available."

Thanks for posting on our Community Forums for assistance, msantich. Starting in June 2025, Comcast will begin moving all comcast.net email accounts to Yahoo Mail. It's possible this could be the cause. If you access our Xfinity Website, do you get the same error message?
