Comcast making us speak to a "LOYALTY" ASSOCIATE to JUSTIFY why I need to cancel services

Why is it not possible to just be able to cancel services online like you are able to sign up online? I do NOT want to talk to any "loyalty associates" or "sales agents" to justify why I want to cancel - NO MEANS NO, I just want to cancel. It's not hard. 

The bot and the sales agent BOTH force you to "schedule a call" to cancel OR send a letter via POSTAL MAIL to cancel, instead of an email! WOW, just WOW! Never again. Just cancel my service, please. Thanks and goodbye!
