Comcast made me an offer over chat and will not honor it.
Over the last two days I have chatted with Comcast representatives Sanja, Prateek and Alex and then over the phone with Nick. I have screenshots of my conversation as I realized Comcast doesn't appear to capture these which blows my mind. Sanja made me an offer yesterday (8/15) and text me the agreement which I approved. It did not go into effect which let me to reengage today. Today Prateek, over the course of 30 minutes agreed to the offer and then transferred me to Alex. I chatted with Alex, who assured me several times the offer would be met and I would be very happy, for 90 minutes at which time Alex transferred me. I disconnected after over 2 hours of my life gone. I just got off the phone with Nick who was unable to provide a similar offer and we parted ways. I have been with Comcast since 2015 and have never run into something like this. I would like it to be resolved. I have the contract texts (the links now say there is a problem) as well as screenshots of my chats with 3 Comcast representatives all assuring me of my satisfaction and thanking me for my patience and loyalty. Am I being overly patient and overly loyal?
