Comcast Junction Box Issues

Since July my neighbors and I have had intermittent internet outages. Appears the culprit is a junction box located at the corner of Braeburn Ave & Western Ave in Flossmoor, IL (60422) is being powered by a gas generator. Whenever the generator runs out of gas, we lose internet. Whom do I need to contact to find out when this issue will be fixed? A large number of my neighbors and myself work from home and Comcast is the only high speed provider for internet.

Yes. Our internet outages with Xfinity occur several times a day , each day.  Xfinity has not provided an explanation nor are they providing any financial relief to us as customers. This in unacceptable. As loyal customers we deserve better.
