Comcast is trying to steal $1300 from me
We canceled our service on 9/26/25 and continued to get billed until Feb 2026. It took multiple calls and a visit to the local store to get the service actually canceled.
Then, rather than refunding the bogus charges, we were issued a credit onto our closed Comcast account.
Now as we try to get that actually paid out (instead of a useless credit on a canceled account) they have started billing us again!!
Multiple calls result in promises to be called back by a manager and still here we are, owed $1300.
Remarkably poor customer service at best, flat out fraud is more likely at this point.
