Comcast internet service and wifi has been down for multiple days, why cant I use a hot spot to access comcast.net and programming.
Comcast internet service and wifi has been down for multiple days, why cant I use a hot spot to access comcast.net and programming. Seems punitive that I cant access something I pay for because you are not able to deliver the service - internet and programing.

Simply look for them in the available network options. Then sign in using your Xfinity ID.
