Comcast install creating a trip hazard in community with HOA

Good morning...

Comcast recently sent a crew to [Edited: "Personal Information"] and ran a homerun ( single coax from one unit to another ) across a sidewalk twice.  We have an owner with a disability who is  complaining that this is a problem because she has a walking disability and the way the crew left the repair it is presenting a potential trip hazard. Please advise as this is a potential trip and fall in our common area.

user_87ae6c Hello and thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Community Forums.

I'm so sorry to hear about the trip hazard created by the recent Comcast installation in your community. That's absolutely a serious concern, especially with a resident who has a walking disability, and I understand why you'd be worried about a potential fall in your common area.

I want to help get this resolved quickly and safely for your community. Please send me a direct message with your full name and the full address where this installation took place. This will allow me to pinpoint the exact location and escalate this issue to the appropriate team to ensure it's addressed as soon as possible.
