Comcast has failed again! Surprised?

I moved into my new home with a service change over, in October. Tech who re-ran my demarcation point drilled through 2 internal walls and just walked out, left the wires hanging out of the wall. CREATING A HAZARD FOR MY CHILDREN. The whole reason for moving the wires in the first place.

When I gave a survey answer of 0 , i was called and told that never happens, that they would get someone here to fix it that weekend. Wasted my entire day without a response from Comcast, no technician, and no notification of the appointment from anyone. Literally left in the lurch by Comcast, who doesn't care. I can't punish them like Comcast does me, because I don't make enough to jump to another provider.
