Hey there, @user_3x4z9q It sounds like some of our previous representatives have attempted to lead you down the correct path but fell a bit short. For fraud inquiries, we have our customers reference our fraud resource which will instruct you to provide us with some information via email and send it our way. The resource states it can take up to two business days to get a response once you send your initial inquiry.
Please also note that sending unsolicited direct messages to myself or any other user is a direct violation of our forum guidelines. You must first create a Public post requesting assistance, and once a Comcast verified employee responds and asks for a direct message to be sent, you can then proceed with doing so.
