Comcast fiberoptic cable pull disconnected my sewer line - need to be reimbursed for this damage

Hello Comcast.

I have called 5 times and opened a ticket with your company 051828101 on Oct 26, 2020. When Comcast pulled fiberoptic cables deep underground past my driveway on San Marin Drive they pulled the fiberoptic cable under my iron cast sewerpipe and pulled it away from the main sewer line in the street causing it to become disconnected. It took some time before the rocks and debris filled up the pipe and completely blocked it and caused the my sewer to back up. The date the damage was known was Sept 26 and I didn't know that the damage was caused by the fiberoptic cable pull until the plumbing company dug up the street and discovered what happened. It cost $27,688 to dig up the street and reconnect my sewer pipe to the city sewer line. This is a devastating expense that Comcast should reimburse me for.  I would like someone from Comcast to call me to review the photos and paperwork I have from the plumbing company and the Novato City inspector. My contact information is in the ticket. My neighbor down the street also had a broken sewer pipe caused by the fiberoptic cable pull but his damage was known right away because it broke the same day of the cable pull. Please contact me. I will never be able to enjoy 5G internet because it cost me $27,688 and 10 days without any sewer connection.
