Comcast employees let my dogs loose twice

Pretty frustrating dealing with comcast, you'd think they'd send people.to your house who had.common sense and cared. We had 2 comcast employees come to the house in the past months, one came to change our modem, we put the dogs in the backyard and he proceeded to open the back door to let them in then go out the front door to his truck and leave the front door open. He saw both my dogs get loose but chose to ignore it and not say anything to anyone and.come back in the house. Yesterday we had a cable hanging down in our yard that we had been dealing with comcast for 2 weeks to.deal.with it and they just kept lying about sending someone out. They finally sent so.eone out who spent 5 minutes and just cut the wire why it took 2.weeks and lies from comcast I don't know. But we also.told him we'll keep the dogs inside yet he proceeded to leave the yard with the gate wide open and our dogs got loose again. We put in the notes that we have dogs yet apparently no one reads these notes. Such horrible customer service on both ends. You are lucky our dogs weren't hit by a car or something else happened to them.
